That’s special. Wrestling is a lot of things but above all else it is a form of entertainment. There are all kinds of fans out there who love the people who get in the ring time after time with the fans staying behind them the whole way. WWE certainly has their share of them and it is great to see a wrestler get to interact with a fan. That was the case this weekend and it was very special.
WWE held a live event on Saturday in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The show’s main event featured Roman Reigns successfully defending the WWE Undisputed Universal Title. Following the match, as Reigns was walking up the aisle, a man shouted that there was a young fan celebrating his birthday and what a fan he was of Reigns. Upon hearing this, Reigns stopped and wished the young fan a happy birthday before leaving the arena.
This was awesome. Check out what Reigns did for a fan:
Opinion: That is one of the reasons I love watching wrestling and it will never get old. Reigns made that kid’s night and there is a good chance that he will be a fan for a very long time to come. While Reigns may be a villain, he is the focal point of WWE and likely a hero to a lot of people. Reigns did something awesome for a fan and that is something you do not get to see often enough.
