The shakeups continue. WWE has been going through an extreme time of change in recent weeks and there is nothing to suggest that it will end anytime soon. This has included several changes to the people running the company, some of whom have been around for a long time. Now though, a famous name who had been helping out is already gone after just a few months on the job.

According to PWInsider.com, Jeff Jarrett has left his role as WWE Senior Vice President of Live Events. It is not clear when Jarrett departed the company, but it could have been as recently as this past Friday. Jarrett took over the role in May and ticket sales have increased under his watch. There is no word on why Jarrett left, though there is nothing indicating that he was fired.

Opinion: That came out of nowhere and while it is kind of a shame to see Jarrett go, I’m curious to know why he’s leaving. If Jarrett wanted to leave and pursue something else then good for him, but otherwise it seems to be a bit of an odd choice for WWE. Jarrett will likely be back in WWE in some way as he has an experience that almost no one else does in wrestling and that is worth having around.

What do you think of Jarrett? Will he be back in WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
