He’s a fan! There is no secret to the fact that Kevin Owens is one of the best things about WWE today. His matches are good and his promos are hilarious, but he’s also one of the best villains the company has had in a long time. There’s just something about him that makes you want to punch him in the face and that’s very valuable to have in a wrestler. However, being so popular for that reason can have some drawbacks, and those became evident in a rather strange place recently.

This is one of those things that is just cool.

Kevin Owens Onstage With Shania Twain, Doesn't Get His Song Played

Earlier this week, Owens was in the crowd at a Shania Twain concert in Montreal where he was holding up an I Love Shania sign. Twain came over to him and started talking to him, eventually taking him up onto the stage. She knew him as a wrestler and remembered that Owens had been tweeting him over and over in recent weeks. Owens requested a song but got shot down, but Twain did say she would sing it the next time he was in town if he could beat Braun Strowman.

Owens didn’t have the best time on Monday Night Raw. Check out what happened to him here.

Opinion: This was a lot of fun and Twain was a great sport for the whole thing. Owens may not be the biggest name in wrestling but the people in Montreal are going to know him. Having him up there for five minutes isn’t hurting anything and WWE gets a nice plug from a big time entertainer. This was all it needed to be and that made it a rather nice moment with Owens coming off as a celebrity.

What is next for Owens after his Strowman feud? Will he be World Champion again? Let us know in the comments below.
