Finally, it might be over. After weeks of legal issues with TNA, Billy Corgan and Anthem Media have announced a settlement, finally wrapping up their issues for good. According to 411mania.com, Anthem has taken over Corgan’s loan to Impact Ventures and everything seems to be wrapped up once and for all.

billycorganimpact3Corgan has been dealing with Impact for months now after and said the following after today’s announcement (transcript courtesy of 411mania.com):

“I’m pleased that an agreement is now in place that allows wrestling operations to continue, for my interest from the start was to provide support, be it material or creative, to such a great roster and crew. And as I plan on continuing in the business side of pro wrestling, I look forward to seeing where Anthem’s leadership takes the company in 2017, and wish them the best.”

So great, we’re back where we were….oh about eight months ago now. Unfortunately that’s the standard for this company anymore: have a problem, eventually deal with it, forget about how bad you look as a result, and get back to where you were months ago despite all the additional damage. Their next tapings are in January so we’ll see where they go from here.

Do you think Corgan got a fair chance with TNA? Where do you see them going for here? Let us know in the comments below.
