TNA is facing another lawsuit, this time over unpaid travel expenses from July.

According to a new report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, American Express Travel Related Services Company is suing TNA for over $269,000 due to missing agreed upon monthly payments. This total does not include legal fees.

This comes on the heels of TNA being sued by a variety of individuals and businesses over issues such as production costs and an unclear issue between Billy Corgan and Dixie Carter. These suits now total over $3.5 million. On top of that, TNA is also facing a tax lien from the state of Tennessee.

This really isn’t funny anymore. TNA is in so much debt and has almost no money coming in to help pay it off. At what point does TNA realize that this isn’t going to work no matter what they try to do? Allegedly they will have money coming in from their foreign TV deals starting in 2017. Assuming that gets them out of their current debt, how long can they go on paying their bills and keeping TV going?

Is TNA ever going to get out from under all their problems? If they do go under soon, what do you want to see happen with their roster? Let us know in the comments below.
