WWE Trying to Bring Shawn Michaels Back For One More Huge Match With Dream Opponent

In some situations, you’re damned if you do, and if you don’t. When Shawn Michaels retired after Wrestlemania 26, there was no question that he could continue wrestling.

However, it behooved him to finish with something left in the tank because he was able to end on an appropriate high. Some people like that, other don’t. But, every single one of them would watch to see HBK wrestle one more time.

According to a report from Four3Four.com, WWE is still trying to get him back into a WWE ring for one more match. Next year’s “Royal Rumble” is set to be one of the biggest in history and WWE wants something extra special for the San Antonio crowd.

Shawn Michaels wouldn’t have to travel far since he lives in the city, but the bigger issue is getting him to agree to one more match. The offer is on the table for “Royal Rumble” match and the rumor is that WWE would want HBK to face AJ Styles in a dream match.

Obviously, The Heartbreak Kid versus The Phenomenal One would be amazing, but you have to question the chances of that match in over six years.
