You have to start somewhere. With WWE having changed its pay per view schedule so that the normal shows now start at 7pm EST and end at around 10:30pm EST, it’s pretty clear that something needs to change for the sake of filling in all the time. However, as of this week’s SmackDown Live, there were ten matches announced for Sunday’s Money in the Bank show, including the two ladder matches. That was going to be a tight fit, but one match was moved to the Kickoff Show to take away some of the stress. So which one was it?

As announced this week on SmackDown Live, the Bludgeon Brothers vs. Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows for the Brothers’ SmackDown Tag Team Titles has been moved from the main card to the Kickoff Show. Last month, Anderson and Gallows defeated the Usos in a #1 contenders match to earn the title shot. The Bludgeon Brothers have held the titles since WrestleMania 34 when they won a triple threat match to become the new champions.

Opinion: I’m glad they moved the match as I had barely thought about it in about two weeks. There’s really no need for two sets of Tag Team Titles in WWE and this match proves that as well as anything else could. At the same time it’s not like the Raw Tag Team Titles are that much better. What makes it worse is the tag division is actually gaining some steam as of late. However, it’s just not enough to warrant two sets of titles and having a single division, if it actually received some time to go somewhere, could be rather interesting.

Who do you think leaves with the titles? Should there be one or two tag team divisions? Let us know in the comments below.
