One more. Just one more. The road to Money in the Bank has been a very long one and it hasn’t been the most interesting on Monday Night Raw or SmackDown Live. There has been a lot of focus on just talking about the ladder matches over and over with the wrestlers talking about how much momentum they needed to build towards the match. There are a few more things going on with the show but nothing is anywhere near the ladder matches. So what is going on during the final television show before the pay per view?

WWE.com has released its official preview for this week’s SmackDown Live. The show will again be focused on the Money in the Bank ladder match, this time with the women’s ladder match getting the majority of the focus. There are other stories featured, though at least one of them was set up earlier this week via Twitter instead of the usual avenues. Here are the stories listed in the official preview:

Paige to host Women’s Money in the Bank Summit

What does Paige have planned for Charlotte Flair & Becky Lynch?: SmackDown LIVE, May 29, 2018

Daniel Bryan and Shelton Benjamin go one-on-one tonight on SmackDown LIVE

Daniel Bryan is a survivor: SmackDown Exclusive, June 5, 2018

Jeff Hardy to battle Shinsuke Nakamura after war of words on Twitter

Styles & Nakamura trade barbs during explosive contract signing: SmackDown LIVE, June 5, 2018

Opinion: There’s not a lot going on around here at the moment and that means there’s only so much you can talk about to hype up a show. Money in the Bank has swallowed Monday Night Raw alive but at least SmackDown Live has a few other stories going on. Just having a few individual feuds between the people involved in the match (such as Lana vs. Naomi) has given them a breath of fresh air, though it’s very clear that both shows are in need of something fresh at this point. SmackDown Live should be better than this week’s Monday Night Raw, but it has its work cut out.
