Sit a spell, take your shoes off. Ronda Rousey made her WWE earlier this year at the Royal Rumble and went on to become one of the biggest stars in the company almost overnight. It was clear that she was going to be a major deal for WWE for years to come, but no one was really sure how long that would be. While Rousey was described as being full time, how long would that be the case? Things have gotten a little less clear as of late but not we seem to know a rather important detail.

Rousey was picking things up this week on Monday Night Raw so make sure to check out our full results.

Recently, Ric Flair made some headlines by saying that Rousey’s WWE deal was just a one year deal, which would have meant that her contract would expire around January 2019. However, Wrestlinginc.com has now reported that Rousey’s deal is actually a multi year deal, though how many years aren’t specified. Rousey has currently wrestled one televised match in WWE though she is scheduled to challenge Nia Jax for the Raw Women’s Title this Sunday at Money in the Bank.

Here’s what Rousey can do when the spotlights are on bright.

Ronda Rousey shows no mercy against Stephanie McMahon in her WWE in-ring debut: WrestleMania 34

Opinion: I’m not sure how long Rousey is going to be around as she is coming in at the top level of the company and is already likely to win the title this coming Sunday. Rousey has been rumored to want to become a mother in the near future and that could change up a lot of her wrestling plans. At the very least, I would hope that Rousey gets to have the big singles match at WrestleMania, as she has been able to rise to the occasion on the big stage, albeit with only one chance so far.

Do you think Rousey will be in WWE five years from now? Who do you want to see her face? Let us know in the comments below.
