They’re Thinking About It: WWE Locker Room Suspects Huge Event Is Coming

They would know best. We are in a rapidly changing time in WWE as everything is moving all over the place. There is even a new boss in the company as Vince McMahon is out and a mixture of names is running the show. Those changes have impacted the wrestlers as well as several new names have popped up. Now some of those names might be going elsewhere, at least according to some people in WWE.

According to Fightful Select, several WWE stars believe that WWE is planning to hold a new Draft shortly after Clash At The Castle on September 4. The theory comes from the fact that some Monday Night Raw wrestlers are scheduled for the September 9 SmackDown and some SmackDown stars are scheduled for Monday Night Raw on September 5 and 12. The three most recent WWE Drafts have all taken place in October.

Opinion: WWE holding a Draft would make sense at the moment as they have a lot of new names and could put them where they want over two nights. The Draft is certainly a big deal and something that can help move company in a new direction. With so many changes taking place behind the scenes, it makes sense to have them in front of the screen too, and that might be what we are seeing.
