He would know what he wants. There are very few wrestlers to approach the success of Daniel Bryan in recent years. Armed with the incredible YES Movement, Bryan has gone from an indy legend to the top of the WWE world, only to crash back down due to a series of injuries. However, he is now back full time and with a special contract status that allows him to have some special treatment, which he has been using as of late.

This week’s SmackDown featured a surprising turn of events as the Miz was announced as replacing Bryan against Bray Wyatt at Tables, Ladders And Chairs, albeit in a non-title match. The match was to be Bryan’s rematch against Wyatt after a loss at Survivor Series, but Wyatt attacked Bryan before the match, leaving Bryan out of the pay per view. So what changed things?

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan used his power to control his storylines to take himself out of the Tables, Ladders And Chairs match. The change came after Wyatt attacked Bryan and seemingly pulled the hair off of Bryan’s head. Bryan has not been seen since the attack and there is no word on when he will be back. There is no reason to believe that Bryan is missing due to any other reason than selling the attack.

That’s the kind of attack that can change someone. Check out the attack on Bryan, and what he may look like now:

Opinion: Bryan is the kind of person who seems smart enough to be out in front of something like this. The idea of having Bryan missing from WWE for so long is the kind of thing that can build up a heck of a rematch, especially if Wyatt smashes through everyone in front of her. Hopefully WWE can put together something special with this as it could be a heck of a showdown under the right circumstances.
