Somebody Pass The Green Beans. House Hardy Might Not Be Done Yet.

That sounds….wonderful? Earlier this month, it seemed that Matt Hardy had finished his in-ring career due to a variety of injuries on his broken body. This change of events comes just a year and a half after returning to the WWE from Impact Wrestling, where he and his brother Jeff turned the Broken Universe into one of the hottest acts in wrestling. Even though his in-ring career might be over, the Broken/Woken characters don’t seem to be.

According to Prowrestlingsheet.com, WWE is planning to film a pilot for a Hardy special at the Hardy compound in Cameron, North Carolina. There is no word on what the premise of the show would be, though earlier this month WWE sent out a survey of possible shows airing on the WWE Network, one of which was a House Hardy Halloween Special. The description mentioned that the show would be scripted. Hardy has also tweeted about something coming to his compound.

Opinion: I mean…why not? It’s clear that Hardy knows how to be entertaining and has a lot of ideas, so why not see what they can do with something like this? Maybe they can have something entertaining and give Hardy something to do now that he’s out of the ring. This is an intriguing concept, especially if it’s something short term instead of a long running series.
