More On Seth Rollins Taking Time Off From WWE

It’s actually over. There are a lot of storylines that take place in WWE in any given year, but this year has featured one of the longer in recent memory. Back in January, Murphy joined forces with Seth Rollins as his new disciple, eventually helping Rollins in his war with the Mysterio Family, which started all the way back in May. The team has since split and have wrapped things up, which could mean something interesting for Rollins.

In addition to being one of the top names in WWE, Rollins is also about to be a father. Earlier this year, Rollins’ fiance Becky Lynch announced that she was pregnant, meaning that she was going on the shelf. This was on the same night that Rollins’ feud with Mysterio began, meaning that Lynch is not that far away from having the baby. Rollins is going to be busy, and now we know when he might be less busy.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Rollins is expected to work the Survivor Series and then take some time off while Lynch gives birth. While the exact amount of time that he will be taking off most of December and coming back to start the build towards the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 37. It is not clear when Lynch will be back on WWE television.

Opinion: This is one of those situations where you can’t fault Rollins whatsoever, nor should you. There are some things that are more important than wrestling and being there for the birth of your child is one of the most important things that you can do at any time. Rollins is not going to be gone long and hopefully he can be a little more like his old self when he gets back, as he is too good to keep down.
