And then there were none. We are less than two days away from Survivor Series and normally that would mean that everything is set up already. That was not the case coming into this week’s SmackDown though and that could make for some complicated situations. WWE had some holes to fill in before we got to the show and thankfully, that is exactly what they have done.

As usual, this year’s Survivor Series will feature a variety of elimination tag matches, with the his year’s edition again focusing on SmackDown vs. Monday Night Raw in the Battle For Brand Supremacy. The show will feature a men’s and women’s Survivor Series match, but there were some spots left on the teams, without much time left to fill them. WWE had some scrambling to do but they managed to make it work.

This week on SmackDown, the final three spots on the SmackDown Survivor Series teams were filled. The final spot on the men’s team was given to Otis, as Adam Pearce said that he liked Otis’ story of getting here. On the women’s side, Pearce also gave Bayley a spot while putting Natalya in a qualifying match against Tamina, which Natalya won via the Sharpshooter. The final lineups are Seth Rollins/Jey Uso/King Corbin/Kevin Owens/Otis and Bayley/Natalya/Bianca Belair/Riott Squad.

Those are some good additions. Check out the three new members in action:

Opinion: This is as good as you were going to get on such short notice, though I’m a little surprised that Big E. didn’t make the men’s team. Otis does have more of a singles status at the moment though and did beat Dolph Ziggler earlier this month. I’m not sure what to expect from the matches, but these teams are kind of all over the place, which I guess is what they’re trying to do.

What do you think of the new additions? Who wins both matches? Let us know in the comments below.
