It would be nice to have him back. There are so many wrestlers under the WWE umbrella that it is almost impossible to keep track of all of them at times. With the amount of talent they have, WWE occasionally has trouble figuring out what to do with all of their wrestlers. Sometimes there are other things to do to keep them busy, but one might want a little something more.

There are times where you see a wrestler show up and it becomes clear that something big is going to happen. That was the case when Samoa Joe made his NXT debut back in 2015 and it was just over a year before he was on the main roster and taking over there as well. Samoa Joe was a different kind of wrestler and now we might be getting to see what he can do all over again.

Samoa Joe was recently a guest on the Wilde On podcast where he discussed his current role as a commentator on Monday Night Raw. In addition to commentary though, he made it clear that he is not done as an active wrestler and plans to get back in the ring one day. Samoa Joe has been out of action the February 10 Monday Night Raw due to a concussion. It is not clear if Samoa Joe has medical clearance to return to the ring.

He can be a monster in the ring. Check out Samoa Joe’s in-ring skills:

Opinion: I’ve liked Samoa Joe for a long time now and it would be great to see him get back in the ring. He is a lot closer to the end of his career than the beginning at forty one years old, but at least he is still wanting to wrestle. It could be great to see him have one last big run in WWE, with perhaps even a World Title reign thrown in there. Anything is better than nothing though, and he is more than talented enough to make it work.

What do you expect from Samoa Joe’s return? Who should he face? Let us know in the comments below.
