He had to say something. Every so often a story will come up that gets everyone talking in WWE. That might be a good or a bad thing but it is something that catches your attention to the point where it is impossible not to notice. WWE has been doing that again with a story that has somehow taken place both on NXT and Monday Night Raw, and now a WWE official has had to say something about it.
Over the last few weeks, former NXT star Dexter Lumis has invaded Monday Night Raw and been taken away by security. This week, Lumis was able to escape, while also kidnapping the Miz. Lumis would go on to appear on this week’s NXT, where he gave his wife Indi Hartwell a note before being arrested. WWE official Adam Pearce has since acknowledged the arrest, saying “sadly, it is official”. There is no word on if or when Lumis will appear again on WWE TV.
Sadly, it is official. https://t.co/ASl7fs1XM7

Opinion: I’m not the biggest Lumis fan, but they have done something with this story that you do not see happen very often, as the Lumis stuff has me wondering where it is going. That is a lot easier said than done and having someone as high profile as Pearce acknowledge it makes things even bigger. I’d like to see where this goes, so WWE is certainly doing something right with this.
