That’s one way to go. With less than six weeks to go, it is time to get ready for WrestleMania 36. It is the biggest show of the year and that means things are going to start cranking up in a hurry. WWE starts getting things ready for this show months in advance and really, that is the only way to go for something this big. But what comes after the show?

Even though there is so little time left before WrestleMania, it is not too early to start getting ready for what comes after. WWE has nearly eight months left in the year to fill up after WrestleMania is over and that means things need to start getting set up for that as well. As it turns out, WWE may already have an idea for what they are going to do after and it could be interesting.

According to Wrestlingnews.co, there are plans for Drew McIntyre to win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania and then move on to face Seth Rollins at some point over the summer. Rollins is a multiple time WWE Champion and is currently one half of the Raw Tag Team Champions as the Monday Night Messiah. There is no word on when the match would be taking place.

They’ve met before. Check out some of Rollins and McIntyre’s previous matches:

Opinion: This is something that makes a lot of sense as Rollins has been built up as one of the biggest stars on Monday Night Raw. Therefore, having him face McIntyre for the title later on in the year would be a smart way to go. Set something up over time and then see what they can do. McIntyre trying to take out Rollins and company could be interesting and should be a solid test for McIntyre, should he become the new champion.

Do you like this idea? When should the match take place? Let us know in the comments below.
