One….more….match? Earlier this year, WWE shocked a lot of wrestling fans by clearing Daniel Bryan to wrestle again. After nearly three years out of the ring, Bryan returned to action at WrestleMania 34. Now what about….Hulk Hogan? While Hogan is a good bit older than Bryan, he’s certainly a bigger legend. While this seems to be a very big stretch, an interview host claims to know that it’s going to happen. Yes seriously.

Why not one more of these?

The immortal Hulk Hogan returns to Monday Night Raw: Raw, Feb. 24, 2014

Over the weekend, Hogan appeared on CBS Radio’s The Howard Eskin Show in an interview. After Hogan left, Eskin said that while it’s not a completed deal, Hogan will not only be returning to WWE but also that he will be wrestling again at a show. It should be noted that Eskin offered no proof of this statement and had no comment from Hogan. No other details, including the date or event were released or announced, nor was the news confirmed by either Hogan or WWE.

You can listen to the whole interview here. The interview begins at the fifteen minute mark on the Saturday, May 5 episode.

Opinion: We’ll file this under “I’ll believe it when I hear the bell ring”. Hogan is sixty four years old and hasn’t wrestled a match in over six years (over eleven for WWE). I really can’t picture this happening and it comes off as the host trying to drum up some attention for himself and his show. Maybe Hogan will be back with the company in some form, but the idea of him wrestling again is almost laughable at best. Unless, it’s a joke of a comedy match or a token battle royal spot with some very special circumstances, I can’t imagine this happening.

Do you think Hogan will be back in the WWE? Would you want to see him wrestle again? Let us know in the comments below.
