So you’re saying a wrestling story might not have been real? Earlier this week, reports started to surface about an argument backstage at WrestleMania 34 between Vince McMahon and Brock Lesnar. Allegedly there was a lot of yelling with Vince not being happy about something and Lesnar yelling right back. Shane McMahon nearly got involved and the Universal Title was thrown either against a wall or at Vince’s head. However, there might be one major detail that was left out.

Thankfully it didn’t end like this.

According to Bodyslam.net, the entire fight may have been a work put together by all three people. It’s not clear why this was the case, but it could have been to simply surprise people who were shocked that the incident took place in the first place. After it took place, Vince was said to have acted as if it was real. The incident may also have been over part of the Lesnar vs. Reigns match. Since then, a Reigns vs. Lesnar rematch has been booked for the upcoming Greatest Royal Rumble later this month. Lesnar has since re-signed with the company, though the length of the contract isn’t known.

Opinion: I’m not sure on this, but this explanation would make a little more sense than what was previously reported. At the end of the day, Lesnar is a businessman and isn’t likely to go insane like that with someone who might be able to give him a lot of money down the line. There’s a chance that Lesnar might stick with the WWE for a long time and it would make no sense to have him go this nuts, as Lesnar seems to only care about getting paid at this point.

Do you think this was a real fight? How long will Lesnar be with WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
