Can you blame him? Things have not been normal in the wrestling world for a long time now and it might be a good while before that changes. With so many things going on at once, it isn’t clear when things are going to get any better. The Coronavirus has changed the way the world works and as a result, some people are justifiably worried. One wrestling legend is and you won’t be seeing him for the time being.

One of the biggest stories coming out of WWE this week has been the spread of the Coronavirus throughout the locker room. Multiple WWE personalities have announced that they have been diagnosed with the virus and it is not clear how the upcoming television tapings will run as there could be several prominent names missing. One of the big names will be gone from Monday Night Raw.

According to Wrestlingnews.co, Ric Flair will not be appearing on future WWE television shows over concerns about the Coronavirus. Flair has a history of health issues which could weaken his immune system against the disease. There is no word on if this was WWE or Flair’s decision. In recent weeks, Flair has been managing Randy Orton, even naming him the greatest wrestler of all time on this week’s Monday Night Raw.

Flair has been around as of late. Check out his recent work with Orton:

Opinion: This isn’t a surprise and it’s the best thing that they could do for Flair at the moment. I know that Flair is someone who is going to get some attention at the moment, but WWE can get by without him in such a situation. It isn’t like Orton is going to need Flair to do anything for him, so let Flair stay safe, which is a lot more important than anything else he could be doing right now.

What do you think of Flair’s work with Orton? Do you want Flair coming back in the future? Let us know in the comments below.
