Well that’s an interesting turn. The Bray Wyatt Firefly Fun House is producing some of the best segments in WWE today through some of the more unique angles and promos in a long time. The latest edition saw him put on a rather creepy mask, showing that the darkness that was once inside of him has never left. As evil as he became though, there is some humanity left inside of him and it is taking a rather surprising turn.
On Tuesday, Wyatt tweeted an apology to the Shield of all people, offering to be a third member of the team should they ever need him now that Dean Ambrose/Jon Moxley has left the company. Wyatt fought the Shield’s members over the years, as well as in various combinations with other members of the Wyatt Family. At the moment, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns are on different brands, meaning a reunion is not likely to happen anytime soon.
Dear @WWERomanReigns and @WWERollins,
I just wanted to let you know that I’m SUPER SORRY for all the atrocities I have committed against you guys over the years.
If you ever need a 3rd for a Shield reunion, we are totally down!
Best friends???

I didn’t see this coming. Check out Wyatt’s turn to the dark side on Monday Night Raw:
Opinion: Wyatt has been rather interesting on Twitter since his latest incarnation appeared and this is another curve ball. While I don’t see him ever teaming with the Shield (though you never say never), this feels like Wyatt trying to make amends for more of his past sins. That seems to be a theme for him at the moment and throwing in surprises like this make them all the more intriguing.
What do you think of Wyatt’s apology? Where will it lead? Let us know in the comments below.
