The early success. As a large wrestling company, WWE is going to have a lot of people coming and going from their regular television shows. The shows can often be a revolving door of wrestlers, but there are also characters who pop in and out from time to time. That has been the case this year as well, and one of the newer ones has gotten some positive feedback.

WWE has run a lot of storylines this year and the longest running so far has been the war between Seth Rollins and Rey Mysterio. The two of them have been feuding for the better part of six months now and several others have been drawn into the story as well. This includes Mysterio’s daughter Aalyah, who has become romantically involved with Rollins’ disciple Murphy. It turns out that WWE has been rather impressed with one part of the story.

According to Wrestlingnews.co, WWE has been rather impressed with Aalyah, namely her acting work. She is thought to be further along than several other WWE wrestlers who have trained at the Performance Center for the same amount of time. It is also expected that she will be offered a full time contract after her storyline with Murphy concludes. There is no word on any plans for Aalyah to wrestle at the moment.

She has done well so far. Check out Aalyah’s progress:

Opinion: I can’t say I’m overly surprised by this as Aalyah has done rather well so far in WWE, though she still has a long way to go. Hopefully WWE can find a good place for her in the future as she is someone who could offer quite a few things to the company going forward. Just being part of the Mysterio family should help, and under the right circumstances, she could be rather valuable to WWE.
