You can do it right now. WWE is an international business and that means you are going to see wrestlers from all over the world. That isn’t a bad thing as it opens the door to all kinds of different styles, ways of thinking and matches, plus bringing in fans from different countries. That is in theory at least, as one country is a lot more dominant than most at the moment. WWE is going to be taking advantage of that.

You might not have noticed it, but Scotland has been on fire in WWE as of late. At the moment, five Scottish wrestlers hold titles in WWE, including the WWE Champion himself Drew McIntyre. That isn’t something you ever see and it is quite the way to appeal to the Scottish wrestling fans. WWE has taken notice of the unique situation and is doing something about it.

As announced on WWE.com, a new series called Virtual Roundtable will be debuting on Thursday morning at 10am EST on the WWE YouTube channel. The show will feature Drew McIntyre, Nikki Cross, Gallus and Kay Lee Ray discussing what it means to have so many Scottish champions in WWE and WWE’s future in the United Kingdom going forward. There is no word on how frequently the series will air or any future episodes.

It has been a good time for Scotland. Check out all their current champions:

Opinion: If there is one thing I certainly need at the moment, it’s another show where wrestlers talk about wrestling instead of showing wrestling. This is indeed a new idea for a show and it’s a unique situation, but how many interview/talk shows does WWE need? We get ten to twelve new old school episodes a month and how many shows of wrestlers just talking about wrestling? It’s ok to do something different and that’s not what we’re getting here.

Do you like the idea of the show? What would you like to see on future episodes? Let us know in the comments below.
