Well maybe not. As we approach the biggest wrestling show of the year with WrestleMania 35, we also seem to be approaching the end of Dean Ambrose’s time with the company. In a rare move, WWE announced that Ambrose would be finishing up with the company in April. While it hasn’t been clear if the announcement is real or not, another sign seems to be pointing to it being what’s really going on.

According to Ringsidenews.com, Ambrose is currently not scheduled for any WWE events in May, suggesting that he is currently not signed after the end of April. Ambrose was briefly announced for some shows in the month of May but those were pulled almost immediately with Ambrose likely only being listed due to an initial error. Ambrose has been appearing regularly on Monday Night Raw even after his departure was announced.

Monday was quite the night and could suggest a few things going forward. Check out what Ambrose was up to on Monday Night Raw:

Opinion: I’m not sure what to think about this, though I’m also not entirely convinced that Ambrose is actually leaving the company. He’s a star in WWE and while he very well may be leaving, this is still the time of the year where WWE gets a lot more creative with their storylines, meaning they might be trying to mess with the fans a little bit. It should be interesting to see where this story is going, as tends to be the case around WrestleMania season.
