According to a new report from PWInsiderMadison Rayne has received her release from Ring of Honor and is finished with the company.

The report states that Rayne was unhappy with the creative direction of her character and that after the two sides met, the decision was made to part ways.  Her release was reported to be amicable and Rayne is free to wrestle anywhere that she wishes to in the future.

Here’s a clip of her in action in ROH:

Rayne appeared with WWE as a part of the second Mae Young Classic in the summer of 2018. She was eliminated in the first round of the tournament, when she was defeated by Mercedes Martinez.

Editor’s Opinion:

I hope that the next stop for her is NXT. She has extensive experience in the business, and is a very talented wrestler. I think that with the right creative direction, she could be a major force in WWE’s developmental brand.
