Welcome back again. A lot happened this week on Monday Night Raw with big angles opening and closing the show. Things got started with Roman Reigns returning to WWE after four months away due to a recurrence of leukemia. The night wrapped up with Batista making a surprise return to attack Ric Flair. These are big time returns, but will they be around going forward?
According to PWInsider, both Batista and Reigns are currently scheduled to appear on next week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, though neither are expected to be in the ring. Reigns has not yet announced when he will be wrestling again and Batista is unlikely to wrestle before WrestleMania 35. At the moment, WWE is advertising Reigns for the event but not Batista.

The other is a villain. Check out Batista attacking Flair:
Opinion: It’s almost necessary to have these guys around at this point. Monday’s episode is the go home show for Fastlane, but more importantly it’s one of the last five shows before WrestleMania 35. Reigns is nearly starting from scratch and it’s time to start setting things up for him in a hurry. Batista’s story is a little easier to set up, but that doesn’t mean it’s something that can be done in a hurry.
Which of these two is more interesting? What do you want them both to do? Let us know in the comments below.
