Welcome back. Since it’s WrestleMania season, everything is going to be happening at a crazy fast pace. It means returns, new matches and stories being created, and a general feeling that things are going to be happening every time you watch Monday Night Raw or SmackDown Live. Some of those things are stuck in the middle, but on occasion they’re right there when you start the show.
This week on SmackDown Live, Matt Hardy made his return and reformed the Hardy Boyz with his brother Jeff. Matt had missed several months due to a back injury suffered over the course of his career. This is Matt’s first match since the August 13, 2018 episode of Monday Night Raw and the first time he and Jeff have teamed in a regular tag team match since August 21, 2017.
In case you forgot what they look like. Check out one of the Hardys’ best moments:
Opinion: Cool enough and the SmackDown tag division desperately needs some new teams. I mean, the Hardys have been teaming on and off for over twenty years but they’re fresher than New Day/Usos/The Bar. This is one of those things that makes WrestleMania season feel that much bigger and I’ll take what I can get. Maybe they can put some teams over before splitting up again, which should be the post.
What do you think of the Hardys being back? What should they do together? Let us know in the comments below.
