Welcome back James? Injuries can be one of the scariest things in all of wrestling. While the initial injury is bad enough, one of the worst parts is waiting to find out how severe something is. Seeing someone limp could mean anything from a sprained ankle to a horrible knee injury that puts them on the shelf for months. A WWE legend had such an injury last year but seems ready to return.

The Women’s Revolution has done a lot of good for WWE over the last few years but several of the women involved probably wouldn’t be there without a previous generation to make them want to get in the ring. When asked, you will often hear wrestlers talk about who inspired them to start their careers and in the case of modern women’s wrestling, a handful of names appear over and over. One is ready to try it again.

In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Mickie James announced that she is cleared to return to the ring and has been ready to wrestle again for a few weeks, but the Coronavirus has caused her return to be delayed. Rather than rush back, James said that she would rather wait for the right time to make the biggest impact. James tore her ACL in a match against Carmella on June 1, 2019. There is no name on what James will be doing when she returns to the ring.

It is a big interview. Check out what James had to say, plus what she will be doing when she can get back in the ring:

Opinion: This is some good news for WWE as James is a big name and someone that WWE should be very lucky to have at their beck and call. Right now they can put her into whatever spot works best and that is a very valuable situation to have. I’m not sure how much longer James has in the ring but she is still good at what she does and someone WWE could use in any women’s division.

What should James do in WWE? Where should she appear? Let us know in the comments below.
