It could be true! As you’ve probably heard, Kurt Angle will be headlining the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017. However, the question was what would Angle be doing after he was inducted. Angle still wrestles somewhat regularly on the independent circuit but word on the street is that he might have a more full time job going forward.

According to PWInsider Elite by way of wrestlingnewssource.com, Angle might be replacing Mick Foley as the General Manager of “Monday Night Raw”. This wouldn’t be Angle’s first stint with authority as he was previously the General Manager of “Smackdown” back in 2004. Foley is expected to take time off to have and recover from hip replacement surgery.

Opinion: I really don’t know why we need a second boss on the show but at least this one is someone who could get physical if need be. Angle might not be his old self anymore but at least he can still have a match if necessary and look good in the ring. He’d be a fine choice as the boss, assuming Stephanie McMahon doesn’t destroy him along the way.
