That could be part of the blueprint. One of the most interesting prospects in a long time was Matt Morgan, who seemed like he should have been a star based on his look, in ring abilities and talking skills but it just never clicked. With stints in both WWE and TNA, you would think he would have hit the ground running. For some reason it never quite worked but it might not be over yet.

Morgan recently appeared on the “Wrestling Inc.” Podcast and said he would be back on weekly wrestling TV very soon. While he didn’t name a specific wrestling company, he said that it would be sooner rather than later. We’ll also be seeing him back in the ring within the next four weeks.

Opinion: Whoever is signing Morgan is doing a smart thing. Morgan may be forty years old but there’s still some gas in the tank. When you have someone that size with that kind of a look, he can stick around for a long time and still look good. Something tells me it’s not going to be WWE or TNA but if it is, good for Morgan.
