It’s kind of hard to blame him. There are very few wrestlers in history with the legacy and success of Bret Hart. He is one of the most polished and natural in-ring performers to ever set foot in the ring and his opinion still means a lot to this day. Therefore, when he gets critical about a wrestler or someone in the industry, it is going to carry some weight. That is the case again, and it isn’t the most positive opinion.
In an interview on the Prime Time With Sean Mooney podcast, Hart spoke about how he felt Goldberg should not be in the WWE Hall Of Fame. Hart described Goldberg’s dangerous style, mentioning how Goldberg would get “a pat on the back” while “you’re scraping the wrestler that worked with him off the mat.” Goldberg famously gave Hart a serious concussion at Starrcade 1999 which ultimately led to the end of Hart’s career.

Opinion: I know Hart is seemingly known for having some bigger grapes about wrestling, but can you blame him for something like this? Goldberg injured him and took away the end of his career so it would be hard to not get upset at him. Hopefully the two of them can make up about it some day, but it is understandable that Hart is still bitter, especially given how much of a traditionalist Hart is about wrestling.
