The big finish. With a lot of wrestling already taking place on any given Tuesday night in WWE, it’s a good idea to send the fans home happy. That’s usually done in a dark match with some bigger names, which was the case this week as well. This time around, it featured a big name who didn’t wrestle on the show this week.

According to Wrestlinginc.com, this week’s post “Smackdown Live” dark match saw Shinsuke Nakamura and Bobby Roode team up to defeat Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Of those four, only Owens wrestled on the show, defeating Ziggler earlier in the night. Zayn and Roode also appeared but didn’t wrestle. Nakamura was only featured in a video package.

Here’s that Nakamura video.

Opinion: I’m not sure I’m getting the idea of not having Nakamura appear on “Smackdown Live” more often. I know there’s another pay per view before “Wrestlemania XXXIV” and apparently we need a ton of people in that show’s main event for whatever reason, but maybe Nakamura could be beating people in short fashion to set up his World Title match. Is that really such nonsense?

Will Roode retain his title at “Fastlane”? Should Nakamura have a match on the show? Let us know in the comments below.
