(FULL MATCH): The First Run. Seth Rollins vs. The Fiend From Friday Night.

Dress rehearsal. We’re coming off of Clash Of Champions and moving forward towards Hell In A Cell in October. That means a lot of the matches need to be set up in a hurry because there are only three weeks between the shows. One of the main events has already been set up with Universal Champion Seth Rollins defending against The Fiend Bray Wyatt. Now that the match is set, it’s time for a preview.

Rollins defended the title against the Fiend at a house show in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on Friday night. The Fiend was ultimately disqualified so Rollins could retain the title, though he also survived a Stomp during the match. After the match was over, the Fiend attacked Rollins before disappearing. The upcoming match on October 6 will be Wyatt’s second televised match as the Fiend.

Opinion: You have to do something like this and it can often give you a hint about what to expect from the title match. At this point, Wyatt almost has to win the title as there would be little reason to have him lose so soon. It’s not like Rollins is blowing the roof off of the place as champion so maybe it’s time for something new. The Fiend destroying Rollins like this was a good idea and hopefully we see it again later on.
