AHA! Wrestling fans often do not get the credit that they deserve. The stereotype about wrestling fan is often that they are not very intelligent, which could not be further from the truth in a lot of cases. Like any other sport or field of entertainment, there are some very intelligent wrestling fans out there and some of them can find out a few things that a lot of regular fans might miss.
Over the last two weeks, SmackDown has been airing vignettes of a mystery woman coming to the show. The woman’s face is never seen but she has long blonde hair and is carrying a fur coat. Her identity has been up in the air, but the question is whether she is someone who has been in WWE before or someone brand new. Now we might know a bit more, thanks to some eagle eyed fans.
A fan on Twitter has posted photos of the mystery woman, followed by a photo of Carmella. Both photos feature a distinct tattoo on the left arm, making it almost certain that, assuming that the woman in the vignettes will be the same woman who appears on television, she will be revealed as a returning Carmella. It is not clear why Carmella, who last wrestled at Money In The Bank in May, has been missing from WWE TV.

It literally took me two times watching that promo to see that ? but that’s definitely the same tattoo pic.twitter.com/2K89DGaSHd

The woman has been intriguing. Check out the vignette, plus who it might be:
Opinion: This is the kind of thing that will always impress me as fans are that familiar with the wrestlers that they can pick up such a small yet telling detail. There is always a chance that Carmella is only portraying someone in the vignettes, but I would be surprised to see it be someone else. Carmella has been gone a long time so having her back in the not so deep SmackDown women’s division would be a good idea.
What do you think of the vignettes? Will it be Carmella? Let us know in the comments below.
