Done: Seth Rollins Explains How He And Matt Riddle Mended Real Life Fences

It happens. There are all kinds of wrestlers on the WWE roster and some of them are not always going to get along. You never know when a feud that you see on television is going to be based on s

omething that is really happening behind the scenes. Sometimes fences have to be mended and now a top WWE star is explaining just how he and a fellow star had to do just that.

Back in 2019, Matt Riddle’s ex-wife made disparaging comments about Becky Lynch. As a result, Lynch’s husband Seth Rollins developed a real life feud with Riddle and the two refused to work together. Rollins was asked about the issues during an appearance on the Impaulsive podcast (beginning at about 1:09:30) and said that Riddle apologized, clearing the way for an on-screen feud between the two. Rollins went on to say that he wasn’t someone who would write another wrestler off and never give them a second chance. The two went on to headline Extreme Rules 2022 when Riddle defeated Rollins in a Fight Pit match.

They had a heck of a feud. Check out what happened between the two:

Opinion: This is one of those things that happens in wrestling and thankfully most of the time it winds up working out just fine. That was the case here as Riddle and Rollins clashed but then worked it out among themselves like adults should. It helps that their feud wound up being mostly good stuff, which is more than you can say about a lot of things that you see in wrestling today.
