He’s still got it. There are all kinds of things that come together to make a wrestler into a star and one of the most important is the look. Wrestlers do not have to look a certain way to be stars, but having a physique that catches the eye is something that can do a lot of good. That has been the case with a variety of wrestlers over the years and it is still the case with a wrestler far after his career started to wind down.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: LOOK: Brock Lesnar “Recreates” Personal Beatdown Almost 20 Years Later

Former WWE star the Boogeyman, 59 years old, has posted a video to Twitter, showing his physique as he lifts weights in the gym. Boogeyman began his wrestling career in 2004 after appearing on Tough Enough until 2009 and has since appeared regularly on the independent circuit. Boogeyman also operates his own fitness facility and regularly posts such videos.

It’s working. Check out the video, plus Boogeyman in the ring:

Opinion: That is some incredible dedication in the gym as Boogeyman is approaching the age that most people, let alone wrestlers, are ready to retire and is in better shape than several wrestlers today. It is quite the impressive result and good for him for being able to do something like this at any age. Most people can’t do that and it is worthy of some recognition.

What do you think of Boogeyman? What was the best part of his career? Let us know in the comments below.
