You have to keep the shelves lined. WWE is a huge company that can attract wrestlers from all around the world. Maybe it’s the prestige, maybe it’s the money or maybe it’s the competition, but WWE has a lot of things that they can offer and it does a lot of good to make wrestlers want to join in. These signings can come at any time and that was the case again this week.

The indy wrestling scene may never have been stronger than it is today. With the internet being so powerful, you can do all kinds of things to get yourself noticed. It is rare to find a wrestler who hasn’t been seen at least somewhere, even in a small role, on a big stage and that makes it easier to promote a lot of these people. WWE seems to have noticed as they have added some new people to their roster.

As announced on WWE Backstage, Timothy Thatcher and Killer Kross have signed with WWE. Thatcher, 36, has wrestled all over the independent circuit, including in PWG, Major League Wrestling and most prominently in EVOLVE, among several other companies. Kross, 34, is best known for his time in Impact Wrestling. His girlfriend, Scarlett Bordeaux, already wrestles for NXT. There is no word on when either will debut.

You’ll need to get to know them. Check out a closer look at Thatcher and Kross:

Opinion: Kross has been expected for a bit now but Thatcher is quite the surprise. What matters here though is WWE continues to add more names to their already stacked lineups. This could go somewhere for both of them but they are going to have the chance. In addition to that, it keeps some names away from AEW, which is certainly a good thing for WWE.

What do you expect from the two of them? Who has the brighter future? Let us know in the comments below.
