Of course there is time. One of the most important things about setting up a major wrestling show is building anticipation. A promotion can spend a lot of time setting things up before the big day and that can help build up so much interest that people are willing to pay for the show. That is the big trick to making money in wrestling and WWE knows how to do it rather well. This time though, things are going to be in a bit of a weird place.
We are currently less than forty days away from WrestleMania 37 and you can see a lot of the card from here. Multiple title matches have already been set for the show and now it is time to start hammering home the rest of the show. That being said, this is WWE and at the end of the day, they are going to find a way to shake things up in a strange way as we get close to WrestleMania.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Vince McMahon has ordered that WrestleMania be made bigger than previously planned, with all of the original ideas being “blown up”. The new goal is to use more people on the show, though it is not clear how that will be done. Several of the changes are expected to start taking place during next week’s television.
McMahon has a history at WrestleMania. Check out what he has done there himself:
Opinion: I have no idea what this is going to mean but in a way that is a good thing. At the end of the day, WrestleMania needs to be huge and this one needs it more than ever. WWE has not been the same for about a year now and having WrestleMania back anywhere close to normal should be a great thing. Make things better even for a weekend and hopefully we can go somewhere even better in the future.
