I recognize you. Both WWE and AEW has been trying their best to make things work during the Coronavirus pandemic. There are only so many things that they can do with a lack of fans, but one of the best things that they can do is put some of their wrestlers out there in the crowd and act as a crowd. Sometimes there are wrestlers in the crowd that you may recognize, which can make for some interesting moments. That was the case again this week.
While WWE and AEW are two of the biggest promotions in the world at the moment, they are far from the only game in town. In addition to the major companies, there are certain good smaller companies that can do a lot of very quality things both in and out of the ring. Those companies have some very talented people, and one of them seems to have caught a big company’s eye.
Major League Wrestling wrestler Brian Pillman Jr. was seen in the crowd during this week’s AEW Dynamite. Earlier in the night, Pillman had tweeted the AEW Fyter Fest logo and said “Let the FESTIVITIES begin”. AEW did not acknowledge Pillman appeared on the show and there is no word on if he will be appearing for AEW or wrestling for them. Pillman is currently signed to Major League Wrestling but it is not clear if he is able to wrestle elsewhere while Major League Wrestling is not running events.

Pillman saw a heck of a show. Check out what went down:
Opinion: Pillman would be a very nice pickup for AEW, though I’m not sure if that is what is going to happen. AEW is a big company, but they only have three hours of content a week. At some point they can’t keep bringing in name after name and it might catch up to them eventually. That being said, I could go for Pillman in AEW as he has done very well elsewhere.
Do you think Pillman will wrestle for AEW? Do you want him to? Let us know in the comments below.
