Backstage News on WWE’s Plans for Paige

She will rampage no more. To put it mildly, Paige has been on a roller coaster in the last eight months or so. This includes drug issues, a sex tape and not being in a WWE ring since last summer. After all this, the question was what WWE would be doing with her going forward. Now we have an idea.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter by way of Wrestlinginc.com, the answer is not very much. Even after Paige is recovered from neck surgery, it seems that Paige won’t be used with Meltzer saying that the reason is “everything that’s happened.” There is no word on when Paige will be allowed back in the ring, though she might be brought back to promote “Fighting With My Family”, which finished filming earlier this month.

Opinion: Well…..of course. At this point, can you imagine Paige being back in a WWE? After all the Wellness issues, the stuff with Alberto El Patron and of course the sex tape, how in the world can she be back in WWE? She really kind of needs to stay away as she wasn’t exactly the most valuable talent in the first place.
