Another One On The Sidelines. Popular WWE Superstar Undergoes First Of Two Shoulder Surgeries.

Hopefully it’s not bad. There are a lot of people on the WWE roster at the moment and that presents a variety of problems. With so many people around, there simply isn’t room to get all of them on television every week, or even every few weeks. However, one popular name isn’t going to be such a problem for the time being as she is going to be on the shelf with an injury.

According to WWE.com, Ruby Riott has undergone shoulder surgery to repair a bilateral injury in her right shoulder and is scheduled to undergo the same surgery on her left shoulder for the same condition. There is no word on how long she will be out of action or if she will return to the ring between the two surgeries. Riott’s most recent match was a four way match on May 17 in Cardiff, Wales.

Opinion: As bad as such an injury can be, it might be best to have Riott get away for a long time. She has been treated as a loser on the main roster for a long time now so having her take some time off is a benefit for her career. Hopefully she comes back with a renewed push because she really is talented enough to deserve a chance to shine on the biggest stage.
