According to Sports Illustrated, it appears the battle between WWE and the Bullet Club is far from over based on recent events.

The drama between the two parties first begun during an invasion of ‘Raw‘ by The Bullet Club for an episode of Being The Elite recently. You can view that here, if you’d like to catch up.

Since than, Jimmy Jacobs who worked as part of creative with WWE was fired for taking a picture and posting it to his Instagram account with members of the Bullet Club.

Flash forward to this past weekend and during the “Global Wars” iPPV in Chicago, ROH World Champion Cody Rhodes opened the show by mocking the signature vest worn by Roman Reigns, explaining that he has it there to “hide that potbelly,” also adding that Reigns won’t reply as he is too busy “failing drug tests.”

It should be clear that Reigns has only failed the one drug test and was said to be for a medical issue that WWE failed to recognize with their system.

Also that weekend, Reigns would respond to a tweet from a fan in reference to comments Rhodes made about being the biggest draw in wrestling, saying that Rhodes is “just talking silly.”

WWE talent are limited in what they can and can’t say. Despite this, Reigns has offered the majority of comments on the situation at this time.

Rhodes also had a Twitter Q&A where he explained he makes triple the amount of money he made while in WWE per match and ROH gave him double his downside.

Below we have featured a match showing Daniel Bryan, Goldust and Rhodes against The Shield in a match from ‘Smackdown’ a few years ago. We really think you’ll like it, given the current tension between WWE and the Bullet Club.
