In what will be one of their first public appearances since WrestleMania, both Sting and The Undertaker are scheduled to attend the 2015 Wizard World Comic Con Chicago event in August on behalf of WWE. The two will be present alongside Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton and Paige.

The news is significant, as both The Undertaker and Sting rarely make appearances at such events. ‘Taker largely desires to stay in character when he is seen publicly at events, and given he has hardly been mentioned since WrestleMania, will likely be one of his only public appearances following it.

It also fuels the fire of a potential match between “The Icon” and “The Deadman.” Sting said if WWE had more plans for him, he would be down to wrestle again, which many believed was a sign there was a dream match to come between the two.

WWE Superstars And Divas To Appear During 2015 Wizard World Comic Con Chicago, August 20-21-22

WWE Superstars The Undertaker, Sting, Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan, and WWE Diva Paige To Attend Midwest’s Largest Pop Culture Event At Donald E. Stephens Convention Center

ROSEMONT, Ill., April 29, 2015 – Five larger-than-lifeWWE Superstars and Divas will be in attendance at Wizard World Comic Con Chicago when The Undertaker, Sting, Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan, and WWE Diva Paige appear during the pop culture extravaganza, set for August 20-23 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

Randy Orton (4:30-8:00 p.m.) and Daniel Bryan (5:30-8:30 p.m.) will appear on Thursday, August 20, greeting fans, signing autographs and posing for photo ops (Bryan will also conduct a question and answer panel at 8 p.m.). The Undertaker (3-7 p.m.) and Paige (3:30-7:30 p.m.) will attend on Friday, August 21 (Paige’s question and answer panel is set for 7 p.m.). Sting is scheduled for Saturday, August 22 (11 a.m.-3 p.m.), and will make a rare appearance in face paint.

The five join a star-studded lineup of celebrities at Wizard World Comic Con Chicago which already includes Norman Reedus (“The Walking Dead”), Nathan Fillion (“Castle”), Stephen Amell (“Arrow”), Ben McKenzie (“Gotham”), Bruce Campbell (The Evil Dead), Billie Piper (“Doctor Who”), David Morrissey (“The Walking Dead”), Matt Ryan (“Constantine”) and dozens of others.

Wizard World Comic Con events bring together thousands of fans of all ages to celebrate the best in pop-fi, pop culture, movies, graphic novels, cosplay, comics, television, sci-fi, toys, video gaming, gaming, original art, collectibles, contests and more. The 16th of 27 events currently scheduled on the 2015 Wizard World calendar, Chicago show hours are Thursday, August 20, 3-8 p.m.; Friday, August 21, 12-7 p.m.; Saturday, August 22, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; and Sunday, August 23, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
