WWE has not been shy about promotional offers for the WWE Network giving away major events for free, and it seems that they’ve just gotten to one of their biggest deals yet.

Many have been receiving an email that promises 11 weeks of free access, ending on January 31st. That would include NXT Takeover: Toronto, Survivor Series, TLC, Roadblock, the Royal Rumble, and the expected but as-yet unannounced NXT Takeover special on Royal Rumble weekend.

This email has been going out to many former subscribers, as well as those who have email addresses on file from ticket or merchandise purchases, or other promotions. It seems that the email itself is the only way to access the deal, and it must be redeemed by November 21–the day after Survivor Series.

Presumably, this is an attempt by WWE to use the relatively slow months at the end of the year to entice people who wouldn’t subscribe into staying tuned in through the start of WrestleMania season. Then, the plans for the company’s big event would (hopefully) be enough to turn them to paying subscribers.

The main event for many of these pay-per-views is already set. This weekend, NXT Takeover will feature Shinsuke Nakamura versus Samoa Joe for the NXT Championship, and Survivor Series will feature Goldberg versus Brock Lesnar. The main events for TLC and Roadblock were announced unusually far in advance, with the SmackDown show featuring Dean Ambrose versus AJ Styles in a TLC match for the WWE World Championship, and Raw’s show featuring Roman Reigns versus Kevin Owens for the Universal Championship.
