This isn’t the biggest surprise. Earlier this week on “Smackdown Live”, Undertaker announced that he was back on the show to stay. However, that doesn’t mean he’s going to be back full time. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter by way of wrestlinginc.com, the Undertaker will never wrestle a full time schedule again, meaning he won’t appear at house shows.

the-undertakerUndertaker hasn’t wrestled a full time schedule in years and it’s not a shock that he never will again. At 51 years old, Undertaker hasn’t wrestled more than ten matches in a year, including house shows and dark matches, since 2010. He’s only wrestled twice on TV since 2010 as well, with those two matches coming in the same week in April 2013.

Honestly, did anyone really expect anything else? Undertaker is the definition of a special attraction and this point and while he might wrestle a few matches here and there outside of big pay per views, he’s flat out not going to be a regular on TV again. There’s no real need for him to be anyway as his legacy was established LONG ago.

Are you glad Undertaker is making another return? If he does wrestle a few TV matches who should they be against? Let us know in the comments below.
