Sasha Banks Injury Update: Says She’s Not Hurt

It appears the Divas division won’t have any time away from “The Boss.”

Sasha Banks took to Instagram today to clear up any rumors about a potential injury that was suffered this past weekend at “NXT Takeover: Brooklyn.” There was speculation that she may have been hurt when she landed on her head during a spot with her match against Bayley, but Banks cleared up those rumors by stating the following:

She also noted that she would be in Ft. Myers, Florida this evening for a WWE Live Event.

Banks is coming off the heels of one of the greatest women’s matches in WWE history this past weekend at “Takeover.” In the match of night, she lost the NXT Women’s Championship to Bayley, but posed with her, Charlotte and Becky Lynch after the match, in one of the most emotional and special moments in recent history.

While she wasn’t on “Monday Night Raw,” Banks did appear on “Smackdown,” doing commentary along with the rest of Team B.A.D. during the tag team match between The Bella Twins and Becky Lynch/Charlotte.

Thank goodness. Banks is considered by many to be the top Diva in the company right now, as she is absolute money both in the ring and on the mic. It’s only a matter of time before she is rightfully holding that Divas Championship belt.
