Multiple sources are reporting that the WWE is playing around with different stipulations to add to the upcoming WWE Championship match at Battleground on October 2nd. The match, which was officially announced on WWE.com on Wednesday during a “worked” interview with WWE COO Triple H, and will also be revealed Friday night on Smackdown, is Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton once again.

The thought of doing a sixty-minute Iron Man Match between Orton and Bryan is brilliant. It allows WWE Creative to book a draw, where the two men either finish with the same amount of pinfalls or submissions (or without any at all), leading to another indecisive finish. This would set up another re-match between the two men at WWE’s Hell In a Cell PPV, where someone could be crowned the definitive WWE Champion.

For what it is worth however, this feud is expected to go on at least until Survivor Series, as one of the matches advertised at the moment for the annual November PPV is Bryan vs. Orton for the WWE Championship. Always keep in mind though, the card is subject to change.
