All six competitors that will enter the 2014 Elimination Chamber Match with a shot at winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship have been announced. During the Jan. 28 tapings of “Smackdown,” Antonio Cesaro and Christian were added to the Elimination Chamber Match, meaning WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton will defend his title against Sheamus, Daniel Bryan, John Cena, Antonio Cesaro, and Christian.

Cesaro defeated Dolph Ziggler in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match early in the program to give the WWE Universe its fifth official man in the big WWE World Heavyweight Championship bout. Cesaro, who has been in a tag team with Jack Swagger since the Summer of 2013, has been rumored to be receiving a singles competition push for a few months. Whether or not this will be the catalyst for such a push has yet to be seen, but a championship shot is not a bad way to kickstart said push if it is indeed nye.

Christian defeated Cesaro’s partner, Swagger, to become the sixth and final competitor to enter the 2014 Elimination Chamber Match. Christian had been off of WWE Television for months after suffering a severe concussion and won the spot during his first match back on “Smackdown.”

Cena, Bryan, and Sheamus won their spots in the Chamber during the Jan. 27 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” when they defeated the Shield in a qualifying match.
