Steve Austin and The Rock Praise Roman Reigns For Performance In Royal Rumble Match

Two of the biggest stars in WWE history, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (@steveaustinBSR) and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson” (@TheRock) had some kind words for Shield member Roman Reigns and his performance in the 2014 Royal Rumble match on Sunday night.

As mentioned above, The Rock and Roman Reigns (real name Leati Joseph “Joe” Anoa’i) are cousins.

Reigns set a Royal Rumble record last night by eliminating 12 superstars from the 30-man over-the-top-rope battle royal.

Sheamus, Goldust, Kofi Kingston, El Torito, JBL and both Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are just some of the superstars who met their Rumble fate at the hands of Reigns.

The previous Royal Rumble record for eliminations was held by Kane in 2001 with 11.
