Photos: John Cena's New Look For the Upcoming Film "The Nest"

Photos have shown up on Social Media site Twitter showcasing WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena’s new look for the upcoming film “The Nest.” As previously reported, Cena is set to play a “villain” in “The Nest,” starring Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.

Cena missed the July 21 edition of “Monday Night Raw” to begin filming his portion of the movie, and will even need to miss one more episode of WWE’s flagship program heading into his encounter with Brock Lesnar at “SummerSlam” on Aug. 17. These bystanders grabbed shots of Cena in full make-up for his role.

The movie is advertised for a Dec. 28, 2015 release, and will see Cena in a very different role than he’s ever played on camera. Deadline.com states that the movie will document two sisters, Fey and Poehler, who attempt to throw one last party in the home that they grew up in before their parents can sell it. While Cena’s role has not been described in great detail, what’s known is that he will be a villain-esc role.

James Brolin, Ike Barinholtz, and Maya Rudolph will also star in the movie with Cena, Fey, and Poehler. Many backstage have been talking about whether or not Cena will soon leave WWE altogether for Hollywood, and expect him to continue acting once his Professional Wrestling career has come to an end.
